i live close by your HQ, is it possible for me to come by and pick up my order?

absolutely, but you MUST be approved prior to selecting the "pickup" option. email info@BYANbE.com with your request.

what is your return/exchange policy?

unfortunately we do not offer refunds. however, we do offer store credit or you may exchange your purchase with any product we have in stock. exchanges/returns must be filed within 7 days upon receiving the product. please email info@BYANbE.com with any inquiries regarding this matter.

the item i am looking for is sold out, when can i expect them to be restocked?

most likely the answer will be never. all products are made in limited quantities and we try our best to never duplicate the same color combos in future releases...
